- Weekend hire (collect Friday PM, return Monday AM) is equal to two days' hire. Weekly hire (any seven day period) is equal to three days' hire. Further discounts apply to longer periods (please contact us with your specific requirements for a quotation).
Rack-mounted equipment will usually be supplied in a flightcase (and amplifiers usually also include pre-wired patch panels), which by default will be included without any additional charge. However, all equipment is otherwise priced per item (loudspeakers do not include stands or cables), and although we may at our discretion include other items free of charge or at discounted rates, you should budget for all individual items you will need to hire.
As well as Terms and Conditions that apply to any Dry Hire, other general Hire Terms may apply, and you should also assume the following:
- A returnable deposit (of an amount wholly at our discretion, but generally equal to typical repair costs) will usually be required before an item is collected from us or delivered to you.
- Your deposit does not insure you against liability for loss or damage, and where the cost of any loss or damage exceeds the deposit paid you will be liable to make up the difference. Where a deposit exceeds the cost of any loss or damage, any remaining balance will be refunded to you after any lost or damaged equipment has been repaired or replaced. Our hire charges DO NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE, which you will need to arrange separately if you require indemnity.
- If we haven't met you before, we will need proof of your identity and address. We will require at least one form of photo identity (e.g. passport or driving licence) and separate documentary evidence (e.g. utility bill) of your address.
- We do not hire to minors.
